A Regular Trader who is absent will relinquish the right to his/her usual trading position for the period of that absence.
No motor bikes, motorcycles, motor scooters or other vehicles of that type shall be permitted in the subdivision, if they are a nuisance by reason of noise or manner of use in the reasonable judgment of Association.
