Regular straight-time hourly rate definition

Regular straight-time hourly rate means the employee’s regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act, including shift differential where such shift differential is applicable in accordance with Section 7.4.
Regular straight-time hourly rate means the employee’s hourly base rate as set forth under Schedule “A” attached hereto.

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.
