Registry Services Agreement definition

Registry Services Agreement means the Australian Registry Services Agreement or the New Zealand Registry Services Agreement, as the case may be.

Registry Services Agreement means the registry services agreement between EUROFIMA and the Registrar dated 26 April 2001 or any agreement which amends or replaces this agreement;

More Definitions of Registry Services Agreement

Registry Services Agreement means the agreement entitled "Registry Services and Paying Agent Agreement" between the Bank and the Registrar dated on or about the date of this Information Memorandum;
