Registration Work means all work associated with any and all governmental approvals, licenses, authorizations, permits or registrations required under the statutes, laws or regulations of the governments in the Territory to allow the Company to sell the Products therein, including the Marketing Authorization.

  • If requested by WYETH in writing, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide stability Batches and validation Batches of the Product, engage in various development activities pre- and post-approval inspections, perform various tests and assist WYETH in registration and approval activities for the Product outside of the Territory ("Registration Work").
