Examples of Registrar Account in a sentence

  • In the event You have insufficient funds deposited or available through Your Registrar Account with us and/or You fail to pay any invoice on time in accordance with this Agreement, we may do any or all of the following: stop accepting new initial or renewal registrations, or registrations associated with transfers of sponsorship, from Registrar; give written notice of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.2; and pursue any other remedy under this Agreement or available at law.

  • Once validated and approved by us, we will debit the Registrar Account for the applicable Renewal Fees.

  • For Pre-Pay Registrars, payment from the Registrar Account shall be made via draw down of the deposit account.

  • If the request to delete the Registered Name is validated and approved by us, we will then delete the Registered Name and credit the Registrar of record’s Registrar Account with the amount previously debited for the auto-renewal.

  • Once the redemption request is validated and approved by us, we will redeem the Registered Name and debit such Registrar’s balance in its Registrar Account for the Redemption Fee.

  • Subject to Sections 3.16.4 through 3.17 below, upon the expiry of its Registration Period, each Registered Name is automatically renewed by us for one (1) year (regardless of the original Registration Period), and we will debit the Your balance in the Registrar Account for the applicable Fees for such additional year.

  • We shall, at our sole discretion, require and set the minimum balance requirement for the Registrar Account, as well as require a further advance and any other payment security if we consider necessary at our absolute discretion.

  • In order to purchase and sell Securities from/to the Issuers, the Investor must undergo onboarding with either (1) AIX Registrar via the App and open a personal Registrar Account at AIX Registrar pursuant to the Registrar Agreement between Investor and AIX Registrar, or (2) AIX CSD for opening a Depository Account at the Depository operated by AIX CSD.

  • AIX Registrar may block/freeze your Registrar Account or AIX CSD may block/freeze your Depository Account if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, diminished capacity, inappropriate activity, or if you receive reasonable notice that the ownership of some or all of the assets are in dispute.

  • This Agreement shall be deemed automatically terminated if your Registrar Account in AIX Registrar or Depository Account in AIX CSD has been closed or if any of the Related Documents, to which you are a party, have been terminated.

Related to Registrar Account

  • Registrar Agreement means the Bond Registrar Agreement between the County and the Bond Registrar, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Council Clerk and signed by the County Executive and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 4.

  • Registrar Company means any entity providing share registration services to an issuer of Russian Securities.

  • Registrar of Companies means the Registrar of Companies appointed under the Companies Act;

  • Registrar of Titles means, with respect to any state, the governmental agency or body responsible for the registration of, and the issuance of certificates of title relating to, motor vehicles and liens thereon.

  • Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.

  • Book-Entry Custodian The custodian appointed pursuant to Section 5.01.

  • State registrar means the state registrar of vital records appointed under Subsection 26-2-3(2)(e).

  • Paying and Transfer Agent means the paying and transfer agent for the Notes appointed by us from time to time. The Paying and Transfer Agent will initially be RBC Dominion Securities Inc. whose address is P.O. Box 50, Royal Bank Plaza, 6th Floor, South Tower, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5J 2W7; Attention: National Operations.

  • Foreign Depository means (a) Euroclear, (b) Clearstream Banking, societe anonyme, (c) each Eligible Securities Depository as defined in Rule 17f-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, identified to the Fund from time to time, and (d) the respective successors and nominees of the foregoing.

  • Principal Corporate Trust Office means the office of the Trustee, at which at any particular time its corporate trust business shall be principally administered, which office at the date of execution of this instrument is at the address set forth in the first paragraph of this instrument.

  • Registered Benchmark Administrator means that the Underlying is administered by an administrator who is registered in a register pursuant to Article 36 of the Benchmark Regulation as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Global Registered Receipts means a global registered Receipt registered in the name of a nominee of DTC.

  • Paying Agent/Registrar means initially the Trustee, or any successor thereto as provided in this Indenture.
