School security officer means a person who is employed by a board of education of any school district for the purpose of aiding and supplementing state and local law enforcement agencies in which the school district is located, but is not a law enforcement officer or police officer.
registered pharmacist means a person whose name is for the time being entered in the register of the State in which he is for the time being residing or carrying on his profession or business of pharmacy;
Registered nurse means a person who has been issued a certificate of registration as a registered nurse pursuant to the Health Professions Act and Regulations, and who holds an annual certificate.
Unregistered Security means any Security other than a Registered Security.
Registered entity means a covered entity, opt-in entity,
Registered dietitian means a person who shall be both:
Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.
security officer means any person who has the responsibilities and duties described in Section 831.4 and who is employed by a law enforcement agency of any city, county, or city and county.
registered proprietor , in relation to a trade mark, means the person for the time being entered in the register as proprietor of the trade mark;
Registered professional nurse means that term as defined in section 17201 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.17201.
registered firm means a registered dealer, a registered adviser, or a registered investment fund manager;
Registered Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(h) of the Agreement.
registered trade union means a trade union registered under The Trade Unions Act, 1926 (16 of 1926);
Unregistered Securities The meaning specified in Section 5.17(c).
Registered Security means any Security established pursuant to Section 201 which is registered in the Security Register.
Registered patient means a patient who is included in a list that is a registered patient list for the purposes of the Primary Medical Services (Sale of Goodwill and Restrictions on Sub- contracting) Regulations 2004(e);
registered dentist means a fully registered person within the meaning of the Dentists Act 1984 who holds a license to practice under that Act;
registered medical practitioner means a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50];
registered person means a person who is registered under section 25 but does not include a person having a Unique Identity Number;
Registered User means a person who is for the time being registered as such under section 49;
registered graduate means a graduate registered under this Act;
registered trade mark means a trade mark which is actually on the register and remaining in force;
Registered Shareholder means, as the context requires:
registered dealer means a dealer registered under this Act;
Registered lobbyist means a person registered under Title 36, Chapter 11,
Registered Nurse (RN) means an individual licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 152.
