The Registered Trustee has been appointed as trustee and joined as a party hereunder for the sole and limited purpose of fulfilling the requirements of Section 3807 of the Trust Act.
The Registered Trustee may accept a certified copy of a resolution of the board of directors or other governing body of any Person as conclusive evidence that such resolution has been duly adopted by such Person and that the same is in full force and effect.
The appointment of the successor Registered Trustee shall take effect concurrently with the resignation or removal of the former Registered Trustee, and, thereupon, the Registered Trustee so resigned or removed shall be fully discharged of its duties and liabilities hereunder, if any.
