Registered Trustee definition

Registered Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware banking corporation, not in its individual capacity but solely as a trustee hereunder, or any other Person which succeeds it in such capacity pursuant to Section 15.2 and in compliance with Section 3807 of the Trust Act.
