Registered Investment Advisors means Cetera Investment Advisors LLC, First Allied Advisory Services, Inc., Legend Advisory Services Corporation, Summit Financial Group, Inc. and Tower Square Investment Management LLC, each of which is a “Registered Investment Advisor” within the meaning of The Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
