Registered Covered Bonds Deed definition

Registered Covered Bonds Deed means a deed of issuance of Registered Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Trust Deed substantially in the form set out in Schedule 5 to the Trust Deed.

Registered Covered Bonds Deed means a deed of issuance of Registered Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Trust Deed in the form, or substantially in the form, of Schedule 5 to the Trust Deed. Registrar means Citibank N.A., London Branch appointed as registrar in relation to any Registered Covered Bonds pursuant to the Agency Agreement, or such other party as may from time to time be appointed as registrar.

  • Legended Covered Bonds means Registered Covered Bonds (whether in definitive form or represented by a Registered Global Covered Bond) sold in private transactions to QIBs in accordance with the requirements of Rule 144A;

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Covered Bondholders means the holders from time to time of Covered Bonds, title to which is evidenced in the manner described in Condition 3 (Form, Denomination and Title).

As of the Closing Date, the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-SB, Class X-A, Class X-B, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class PEX Certificates constitute Registered Certificates.

  • Registered Certificates shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.01.

  • Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • Rule 144A Global Covered Bond means a Registered Global Covered Bond representing Covered Bonds sold in the United States to QIBs in reliance on Rule 144A;

  • 2024 Notes means the 7.000% Senior Notes due 2024, issued pursuant to the 2024 Indenture.

  • Separate Notes has the meaning set forth in the Pledge Agreement.

  • Special Note Items with a "N" in the "Included in MSA?" column require IBM owner to do the following: 1. Submit a Custom Purchase Letter and 2. Attach the EZForm with all the details and pricing / citing the BEID file, version 2.x (or where ever you got the information) to kickoff the AT&T special handling process.   • Bearer Notes means Notes which are specified in their Conditions as being in bearer form;

  • Registered Note means a Note in registered form;

  • Euro Notes means the Initial Euro Notes, the Exchange Euro Notes and the Additional Euro Notes, if any.

  • Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.

  • Registered Clubs Act means the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and any regulation made under the Registered Clubs Act 1976. Any reference to a provision of the Registered Clubs Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Registered Clubs Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • Fixed Rate Note means any Class A-1 Note, Class A-2a Note, Class A-3 Note or Class A-4 Note.

  • Non-Registered Certificate Unless and until registered under the Securities Act, any Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K, Class L, Class R-I, Class R-II or Class R-III Certificate.

  • Global Registered Certificate means a global certificate representing ETP Securities in registered form.

  • Individual Securities shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01(p).

  • Registered Nurse (RN) means an individual licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 152.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • U.S. Physical Notes has the meaning provided in Section 2.01.
