Registered Company IP definition

Registered Company IP means patents, patent applications, registrations and applications for registration of trademarks, service marks, and trade dress, internet domains, and copyrights owned or licensed by the Company.
Registered Company IP means all Company-Owned IP that is the subject of registration or an application for registration, including domain names.
Registered Company IP has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a)(i).

Examples of Registered Company IP in a sentence

  • No Action or Order is outstanding or pending or, to the Knowledge of Seller, threatened that seeks to cancel, limit or challenge the ownership, use, validity or enforceability of any Registered Company IP.

  • The Company has taken commercially reasonable steps to protect and maintain the enforceability of the Registered Company IP including the payment of all maintenance, renewal and annuity fees.

  • To the knowledge of the Company, all such registrations for Registered Company IP are valid and enforceable.

More Definitions of Registered Company IP

Registered Company IP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).
Registered Company IP means all Company IP that is issued, registered or applied-for by or with any Governmental Authority or private domain name registrar in any jurisdiction.
Registered Company IP means all Company Intellectual Property that is the subject of a registration with a national intellectual property office (including the CIPO and the USPTO).
Registered Company IP has the meaning given to that term in Section 4.10(a).
