Registered Capital definition

Registered Capital. Means the registered capital of the Company of RMB ten million (RMB10,000,000) as of the Execution Date, as may be expanded by any capital increase in whatever form during the term of this Agreement.
Registered Capital means the registered capital of the Company and any warrant, option, commitment or security convertible into, exchangeable or exercisable for the registered capital of the Company;
