Regional Tariff definition

Regional Tariff means this WestConnect Point-To-Point Regional Transmission Service Tariff as set forth in the preamble.
Regional Tariff means this WestConnect Point-To-Point Regional Transmission Service Experiment Tariff as set forth in the preamble.
Regional Tariff means that certain WestConnect Experimental Point- To-Point Regional Transmission Service Tariff attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

  • The Transmission Provider shall review the results of the cost allocation analysis with SPP’s Regional Tariff Working Group, Markets and Operations Policy Committee, and the Regional State Committee.

  • municipal tariff means a tariff for services which a municipality may set for the provision of a service to the local community, and includes a surcharge on such tariff;
