Regional plan definition

Regional plan means the long-term general plan for the development of the region.
Regional plan means the plan defined in WAC 246-976-960 (1)(b) that has been approved by the department.
Regional plan means the comprehensive plan for the San Francisco Bay Region adopted and amended from time to time by the Association.

Regional plan means either of the following:
Regional plan means the comprehensive plan for a region prepared by the Regional Commission in accordance with the requirements established by the Department.
Regional plan means the comprehensive plan for a region.
Regional plan means plan prepared under the provisions of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966), for the development or redevelopment of 1[Mumbai Metropolitan Region] as defined in this Act, or for any part thereof and includes a draft or final Regional Plan prepared for the said region or any Part thereof whether before or after the commencement of this Act which is for the time being in force;

Regional plan as used in this chapter, means a comprehensive, long-term general plan for the physical development of the region, and any land outside its boundaries which in the board’s judgment bears relation to its planning. The regional plan shall consist of a text and a map or maps, and such recommendations of the regional planning board concerning current or future problems as may in its opinion affect the region as a whole and are proper for inclusion in the regional plan.
