Region of Origin definition

Region of Origin means the Region where the facility at which the Softwood Lumber Product was first produced into such a product is located, regardless of whether that product was further processed (for example, by planing or kiln drying) or was transformed from one Softwood Lumber Product into another such product (for example, a remanufactured product) in another Region, with the following exceptions:
Region of Origin means the region of the Member State of dispatch where the foods were produced or were erected, assembled, processed, repaired or maintained. Failing this, the region of origin shall be replaced either by the region where the commercial process took place or by the region where the goods were dispatched.
Region of Origin means the region forming a part or the whole of Great Britain identified by the Scottish Ministers for the purposes of Article 8.1 of Commission Directive 2008/62, with Article 8.1 of Commission Directive 2008/62 being read as if—
