More Definitions of Refuse Derived Fuel

Refuse Derived Fuel means fuel that consists of municipal solid waste from which recyclable and noncombustible materials are removed so that the remaining material is used for energy production.
Refuse Derived Fuel means a product resulting from the processing of mixed municipal solid waste in a manner that reduces the quantity of noncombustible material present in the waste, reduces the size of waste components through shredding or other mechanical means, and produces a fuel suitable for combustion in existing or new solid fuel fired boilers.
Refuse Derived Fuel means a type of municipal solid waste produced by processing municipal solid waste through shredding and size classification. This includes all classes of refuse-derived fuel, including (i) low-density fluff refuse- derived fuel through densified refuse-derived fuel and (ii) pelletized refuse-derived fuel.
Refuse Derived Fuel means a sized, processed fuel product derived from the
Refuse Derived Fuel means a sized, processed fuel product derived from the extensive separation of municipal solid waste, which includes the extraction of recoverable materials for recycling and the removal of nonprocessables such as dirt and gravel prior to processing the balance of the municipal solid waste into the refuse-derived fuel product;
Refuse Derived Fuel means municipal solid waste which has undergone a process to, at a minimum, remove hazard- ous waste, minimize metals, glass and other non−combustible material; and has been processed for use as a fuel. Refuse derived fuel does not include tires, tire fragments, waste oils, waste sol- vents, and other material not normally contained in household solid waste.
Refuse Derived Fuel means the product resulting from techniques or processes used to prepare Solid Waste by shredding, sorting, or compacting for use as an energy source.
