Refuse collection service definition

Refuse collection service means the collection, transportation, and disposal, and all services ancillary to such collection, transportation, and disposal, of solid waste and recyclable materials by the District or the District’s Contractor within the District’s service area.
Refuse collection service means a publicly or privately operated agency, business or service engaged in the collecting and transporting of solid waste for disposal purposes.
