Refuse area definition

Refuse area means an on-site area for the temporary storage of trash that generally includes dumpster-type con- tainers, where solid waste is removed on a regular basis.
Refuse area the refuse area in such area as the Landlord shall from time to time designate.
Refuse area the refuse area [shown hatched green on Plan 3 or in other such area as the Landlord shall from time to time designate. Reinstatement Cost: the full cost of reinstatement of the Building as reasonably determined by the Landlord from time to time, taking into account inflation of building costs and including any costs of demolition, site clearance, site protection, shoring up, professional fees and expenses and the costs of any other work to the Building that may be required by law and any VAT on any such costs, fees and expenses.

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.
