The Owner is the owner of the land described in Item D (Land), which includes the Refuge Area.
The Refuge Area is located within key habitat and/or a wildlife corridor/ a climate change corridor/the Great Eastern Ranges corridor and provides part of a corridor between two very important habitats for endangered birds and other native animals.
