Median means the area between two roadways of a divided highway, measured from edge of traveled way to edge of traveled way, but excluding turn lanes. The width of a median may be different between intersections, between interchanges, and at opposite approaches of the same intersection. (ORC 4511.01(NNN))

Exceedance means a condition that is detected by monitoring that provides data in terms of an emission limitation or standard and that indicates that emissions (or opacity) are greater than the applicable emission limitation or standard (or less than the applicable standard in the case of a percent reduction requirement) consistent with any averaging period specified for averaging the results of the monitoring.
Moderate-income household means a household with a total gross annual household income in excess of 50 percent but less than 80 percent of the median household income.
Moderate income housing means housing occupied or reserved for occupancy by households with a gross household income equal to or less than 80% of the median gross income for households of the same size in the county in which the city is located.
Impact means any effect caused by a proposed activity on the environment including human health and safety, flora, fauna, soil, air, water, climate, landscape and historical monuments or other physical structures or the interaction among these factors; it also includes effects on cultural heritage or socio-economic conditions resulting from alterations to those factors;
Moderate means violations that result in negative outcome and actual or potential harm for a resident.
History means, for the purposes of an eligibility determination as defined in this rule, necessary evidence of an intellectual disability prior to 18 years of age or an other developmental disability prior to 22 years of age, including previous assessments and medical evaluations prior to the date of eligibility determination for developmental disabilities services.
Moderate Income means more than 50 percent but less than 80
congestion means a situation where the demand for transmission capacity exceeds the available transfer capability
Attrition means customers whose contracts were terminated prior to the end of the term either at the option of the customer or by Just Energy.
Intensity means the number of Program Unique Supervised Hours divided by the Duration for a course or qualification, being a measure of the concentration of training and assessment delivered from the Eligible Individual’s perspective.
equivalence means the state wherein mandatory requirements applied in the exporting Party, though different from the mandatory requirements applied in the importing Party, meet the legitimate objective of the mandatory requirements applied in the importing Party;

Indices means, subject to Adjustment Provisions, the following indices (and each an Index)

Measurable means the amount of the transaction can be determined and “available” means collectible with the current period or soon enough thereafter to be used to pay liabilities of the current period. State equalization monies are recognized as revenue during the period in which they are appropriated. A one- year availability period is used for revenue recognition for all other governmental fund revenues.
Affordability average means the average percentage of median income at which restricted units in an affordable housing development are affordable to low- and moderate-income households.
Workforce means employees, volunteers, trainees or other persons whose performance of work is under the direct control of a party, whether or not they are paid by that party.
