Refining Contract definition

Refining Contract has the meaning given to such term in the Royalty Agreement;
Refining Contract means the agreement entered or to be entered into between the Borrower and the Refiner for the refining of the gold dore mined at the Mesquite Mine. Repayment Date means 30 June and 31 December in each year commencing on the First Repayment Date until the Final Repayment Date.
Refining Contract means a contract for the refining of dore produced at the Loulo Project be entered into by the Borrower on or prior to 29 October, 2004 in accordance with Clause 10.16(b).
