Referral Notice definition

Referral Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1; “Referring Party” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1; “Requesting Party” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a); “Responding Party” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1; “Response” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(b); “Review Notice” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1;

Referral Notice has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.4(d)(i).

Examples of Referral Notice in a sentence

• Transition Referral Notice is received from Part C (BabyNet) at least 90 days prior to 3rd birthday.

• Member shall deliver the Dispute Referral Notice to the Exchange within 10 days after delivery of the Decision of the Exchange’s Board.

• If Member fails to deliver the Dispute Referral Notice to the Exchange within such time period, Member will be deemed to have accepted, and shall comply with, and the Exchange shall be entitled to enforce, the Decision of the Exchange’s Board.

To use the IDRS, the Buyer must contact Consumer Code for New Homes, which will provide an IDRS Referral Notice to the Buyer.4.2. The Buyer has 12 months from the Developer’s final response to the Complaint, or 12 months from the last written contact with the Developer if no final decision has been reached, to submit an application to CEDR.
