Reference Statements definition

Reference Statements means the financial statements described in Section 4.01(d).
Reference Statements means (a) the audited consolidated financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the most recent fiscal year ended prior to the Effective Date as to which such financial statements are available and (b) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for each quarterly period, if any, ended subsequent to the date of the financial statements referenced in clause (a) above and prior to the Effective Date as to which such financial statements are available.
Reference Statements means the financial statements described in Section 4.02(j).

More Definitions of Reference Statements

Reference Statements means (a) the audited consolidated financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries and of AT&T Broadband Group and its Subsidiaries, in each case for the two most recent fiscal years ended prior to the Effective Date as to which such financial statements are available and (b) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries and of AT&T Broadband Group and its Subsidiaries, in each case for each quarterly period ended subsequent to the date of the latest financial statements described in clause (a) of this definition and prior to the Effective Date as to which such financial statements are available.
Reference Statements means the financial statements described in Section 4.01(d). “Refund Repayment Requirement” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(e). “Register” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).
