Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) definition

Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) means offers which an operator is to provide to the requesting party for entering into interconnection agreements between them;
Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) means the Reference Interconnection Offer described in the Article 41 of the Bylaw.
