On the Closing Date, the Sellers shall provide the Purchaser with a written table that lists all cost items of the Redundancy Costs that are or will be reflected as a liability (Verbindlichkeit) or provision (Rückstellung) in the Q4 Financial Statements; with regard to each cost item the table shall specify the name of the Redundant Employee, the kind and amount of the respective Redundancy Cost and the date and recipient of the respective payment.
The Company will liaise with Mission Employment so that Mission Employment can provide assistance to a Redundant Employee with the preparation of a resume to assist them to find alternative employment.
