Redemption Payment Amount definition

Redemption Payment Amount means, for each YEELDS represented hereby, the Maturity Payment Amount calculated as though the Redemption Date were the Stated Maturity Date and the date that is a number of Business Days equal to the Determination Period before that date were the Valuation Date, as specified on the face of this Note, or such other amount or amounts as specified on the face of this Note.
Redemption Payment Amount means, for each $1,000 principal amount of Notes represented hereby, the greater of (a) $1,000 and (b) the Alternative Redemption Amount.
Redemption Payment Amount shall have the meaning specified in the relevant Notes.

More Definitions of Redemption Payment Amount

Redemption Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Annex A.
Redemption Payment Amount means the Series A Redemption Payment Amount or Series B Redemption Payment Amount, as applicable.
Redemption Payment Amount means, as of the Redemption Determination Date, an amount equal to the value per Warrant as determined in good faith by an Approved Broker-Dealer using the Black-Scholes Method, payable in Cash; provided, that, solely in the event a Redemption Payment Amount is due with respect to a Change of Control Event in which holders of Common Shares receive non-Cash consideration, the Company may satisfy the Redemption Payment Amount in the same form of consideration, and if in more than one form, in the same proportion of Cash and non- Cash consideration, that is paid or is payable to holders of Common Shares in connection with such Change of Control Event; provided, further, that in the event a Redemption Payment Amount is payable with respect to a Subject Transaction under clause (y) of the definition of Subject Transaction, such Redemption Payment Amount shall be calculated by an Approved Broker-Dealer as though the O&G Sale Distribution Amount has not yet been distributed (in the form of one or more dividends or distributions or otherwise). Any determination by an Approved Broker-Dealer shall be conclusive, final and binding on the Company, the Reorganized Debtors and the Warrantholders.
Redemption Payment Amount means the Unit Price multiplied by the Redemption Amount.
