Redemption Payment Amount definition

Redemption Payment Amount means, for each YEELDS represented hereby, the Maturity Payment Amount calculated as though the Redemption Date were the Stated Maturity Date and the date that is a number of Business Days equal to the Determination Period before that date were the Valuation Date, as specified on the face of this Note, or such other amount or amounts as specified on the face of this Note.
Redemption Payment Amount means, for each $1,000 principal amount of Notes represented hereby, the greater of (a) $1,000 and (b) the Alternative Redemption Amount.
Redemption Payment Amount shall have the meaning specified in the relevant Notes.

  • In response to a request made by the Trustee for a determination of the Maturity Payment Amount due at Stated Maturity of the Securities, the Redemption Payment Amount and the Repurchase Payment Amount, the Calculation Agent shall determine such Payment Amount and notify the Trustee of its determination.

More Definitions of Redemption Payment Amount

Redemption Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Annex A.
