Shares may be exchanged on a Dealing Day, in both the Original Tranche and the New Tranche, upon notice given not later than the earlier of the Redemption Cut-Off Time for the Original Tranche or the Subscription Cut-Off Time for the New Tranche and be dealt with at the Net Asset Value per Share on the relevant Dealing Day, as set out in the relevant Supplement.
Requests received by the transfer agent after the Redemption Cut-Off Time shall be executed on the next Val- uation Day.
