Redemption means with respect to any Debt, the repurchase, redemption, prepayment, repayment, defeasance or any other acquisition or retirement for value (or the segregation of funds with respect to any of the foregoing) of such Debt. “Redeem” has the correlative meaning thereto.
Redemption Basket means the minimum number of Units of a Fund that may be redeemed pursuant to Section 8.1, which shall be the number of Units of such Fund constituting a Creation Basket on the relevant Redemption Order Date.
Redemption Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the redemption of Units in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.
Redemption Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to redeem Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Redemption Fee means the fee applied by us for the return of funds to an IBAN Account holder, or Cardholder following a request for redemption by an IBAN Account holder Cardholder under this Agreement, as specified in the attached Fees & Limits Schedule;
Redemption Agent means that Person, if any, appointed by the Issuer to hold funds deposited by the Issuer in trust to pay to the Holders of shares to be redeemed.
Redemption Notes means unsecured subordinated promissory notes of the Trust having a maturity date to be determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee (provided that in no event shall the maturity date be set at a date subsequent to the first Business Day following the fifth anniversary of the date of issuance of such note), bearing interest from the date of issue at a market rate of interest determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee, payable for each month during the term on the 15th day of each subsequent month with all principal being due on maturity, such promissory notes to provide that the Trust shall at any time be allowed to prepay all or any part of the outstanding principal without notice or bonus.
Note Redemption Price means, for the Redemption Date, an amount equal to the sum of:
Redemption Price when used with respect to any Security to be redeemed, means the price at which it is to be redeemed pursuant to this Indenture.
Redemption Conditions means, with respect to any payment of cash in respect of the principal amount of any Permitted Convertible Debt, satisfaction of each of the following events: (a) no Default or Event of Default shall exist or result therefrom, and (b) both immediately before and at all times after such redemption, Borrower’s Qualified Cash shall be no less than the sum of 150% of the outstanding Secured Obligations plus the Qualified Cash A/P Amount.
Make-Whole Redemption Price means the sum of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus the Make-Whole Amount of such Notes. Calculation or verification of the calculation of the Make-Whole Redemption Price is not the responsibility of the Trustee and the Trustee may conclusively rely on an Officers’ Certificate with respect thereto without investigation.
Make-whole Redemption Rate means (i) the average of the four quotations given by the Reference Dealers of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Security on the fourth Business Day preceding the Make-whole Redemption Date at 11:00 a.m. (Central European Time ("CET")) ("Reference Dealer Quotation") or (ii) the Reference Screen Rate, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

Redemption Limit means the sum of the Maximum Daily Redemption Limits applicable to the LS Margin Account Agreement relating to the ETP Securities.
Redemption Notices means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Notices and the Company Optional Redemption Notices, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Redemption Notice.”
Make-Whole Redemption Margin means the margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.
Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.
Redemption Premium means (i) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(i) - (vi) and (ix) - (xii), 125% or (ii) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(vii) - (viii), 100%.
Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Tax Redemption The meaning specified in Section 9.3(a) hereof.
Indenture Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 4.2(c).
Special Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.
Optional Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
Redemption Time means the time at which the right to exercise the Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof.
Redemption and Paying Agent Agreement means, with respect to any Series, the Redemption and Paying Agent Agreement or other similarly titled agreement by and among the Redemption and Paying Agent for such Series and the Fund with respect to such Series.
Redemption Rights means the redemption rights provided for in Section 9.2 of the SPAC Certificate of Incorporation.
