Redelivery Certificate definition

Redelivery Certificate means the written certificate of LESSOR, in substantially the form of Exhibit "F" hereto, pursuant to which LESSOR accepts redelivery of the Aircraft from LESSEE and confirms that the Aircraft is in the condition required by this Lease on the Redelivery Occasion.
Redelivery Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 10 (Form of Redelivery Certificate);
