Redeeming Stockholder definition

Redeeming Stockholder means an Acquiror Stockholder who demands that Acquiror redeem its Acquiror Common Stock for cash in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and in accordance with the Acquiror Organizational Documents.

Redeeming Stockholder means a Parent Stockholder who demands that Parent redeem its Parent Class A Stock for cash in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and in accordance with the Parent Organizational Documents.
