Redeemable Interest definition

Redeemable Interest of any Person means any equity security of or other ownership interest in such Person that by its terms (or by the terms of any security into which it is convertible or for which it is exchangeable) or otherwise (including upon the occurrence of an event) matures or is required to be redeemed (pursuant to any sinking fund obligation or otherwise) or is convertible into or exchangeable for Debt or is redeemable at the option of the holder thereof, in whole or in part, at any time prior to the final Stated Maturity of the Securities.
Redeemable Interest means the Preferred Interest of a Member which has made no Conversion Election with respect to such Preferred Interest prior to the applicable Redemption Date.
Redeemable Interest means, with respect to any Redeemable Member, such Member’s Redeemable Class B-1 Interest and Redeemable Class C Interest.
