Reddy Holdings Unsecured Ongoing Business Operations Claim means any Unsecured Claim directly relating to and arising solely from the receipt of goods and services by the Debtors and held by Persons with whom the Debtors are conducting, and will continue to conduct, business as of the Effective Date, including; provided, however, that Reddy Holdings Unsecured Ongoing Operations Claims shall not include Administrative Claims or any Claim arising from the rejection of a contract of Reddy Holdings.
