Redbox Business definition

Redbox Business means the business that is operated and conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries (including Redbox) in which consumers rent or purchase movies and video games from self-serving kiosks, including all assets held by the Company and its Subsidiaries (including Redbox) used or held for use in connection therewith.
Redbox Business has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
