If confidentiality of any information is asserted, please include an electronic Redacted Copy in accordance with Section IV.E.10 of this RFP.
This redacted copy shall contain HFC’s RFI name, number, and the name of the Respondent on the cover, and shall be clearly titled “Redacted Copy.” The Redacted Copy should only redact those portions of material that the Respondent claims are confidential, proprietary, trade secret, or otherwise not subject to disclosure.
To the extent reasonably possible, SBCTA intends to follow procedures that will preserve confidentiality relating to Public Records Exempt Materials during the procurement.30.4 Preparation and Release of Redacted SOQAny Proposer that submits a SOQ containing any Public Records Exempt Materials must prepare and submit one digital copy of a redacted version of the SOQ.
The Redacted Copy must retain as much of the Proposal as possible.
In responding to a request made under FOIA, the Treasurer reserves the right to rely on Respondent’s decision whether to submit a Redacted Copy with its Proposal, and the Treasurer is under no obligation to notify the vendor prior to providing a complete and unredacted proposal, with any attachments, if Respondent does not elect to provide a Redacted Copy with its Proposal as described in this Section.
