Recyclable resources definition

Recyclable resources in this law shall mean articles that are useful and exist among used goods or by-products, and usable or possibly usable as raw materials.
Recyclable resources means goods or by-products collected after being disposed of in an used or unused state, which are reusable or reusable after reconditioning (including recoverable energy and waste heat, but excluding radioactive substances and substances contaminated by radioactive substances);

  • Recyclables means Solid Waste that may be reclaimed and/or processed and used in the production of raw materials or products.

  • Recyclable Waste ’ means the waste that is commonly found in the MSW. It is also called as "Dry Waste". These include many kinds of glass, paper, metal, plastic, textiles, electronics goods, etc.
