RECURRING SERVICE means an arrangement where Tree Pay may authorize to automatically charge its user’s credit card and/or debit card account on a recurring basis. The payments may be made monthly, quarterly, or on an annual basis, as the case may be.

RECURRING SERVICE means a Service that is provided on an on-going basis; "Renewal Term" means, in relation to a Recurring Service, the period of 12 months commencing on the expiry of the Initial Term, and each successive period of 12 months thereafter, or such other period as is set out in the Contract (each being a "Renewal Term"); and
