Recurring Maintenance definition

Recurring Maintenance means planned work activities to sustain the useful life of any buildings assigned to Lessee and all Improvements on the Premises. It also means planned or unplanned activities to repair or replace damaged or worn- out elements of Improvements and assigned buildings to a fully functioning condition. Recurring Maintenance activities typically reoccur on a periodic cycle of greater than one year. Recurring Maintenance activities include but are not limited to (i) maintaining and cleaning cisterns, sump pumps, and pipes due to functional failure, (ii) repairing broken fences, water infrastructure, and corrals; and (iii) inspecting, grading and repairing roads, driveways, and culverts.
Recurring Maintenance. REVENUES" means, with respect to any period, the revenues of the Borrowing Base Participants for such period that are derived from contractual provisions providing for an agreed upon periodic payment (as opposed to a episodic payment, e.g., move-add-change and maintenance-per-call) for the provision of maintenance services and ongoing support as reflected in such Borrowing Base Participants' financial statements prepared in accordance with their historical practices.
