rectification order definition

rectification order means a final, non-appealable Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta rectifying the Transaction Agreement made on December 18, 2014 among the Company, AECO Gas Storage Partnership, Xxxxx Gas Transportation Inc. and certain other Company Entities in the manner described in the Originating Notice and supporting Affidavit filed with the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta subject to such modifications thereto as may be reasonably acceptable to Parent.
