Recruitment Incentive definition

Recruitment Incentive. Pursuant to Education Code section 45028, subdivision (B), for purposes of initial salary schedule placement only, ten creditable years of prior public school teaching will be granted.
Recruitment Incentive means the payment of all or a portion of travel and transportation expenses and/or special compensation to enhance the filling of critical-to-fill or labor shortage positions or positions where recruitment difficulty has been substantiated.

  • The Employer will provide a Recruitment Incentive of $500 per year to any retired Nurse who, after retirement, agrees to return to work for at least twenty-four (24) “relief” shifts in a 12 month period.
