• If due to extreme weather or unforeseeable circumstances an event cannot be held, the Parks and Recreation Supervisor will make the final decision on the costs of the rental.

• The Recreation Supervisor is Park Board Personnel and is accountable to the Park Board.

• The Association may also share feedback on other Park Board Personnel (other than the Recreation Supervisor) with the Recreation Supervisor at any time.
