Recovery Policy definition

Recovery Policy means this policy for the recovery of erroneously awarded executive compensation;
Recovery Policy means a recovery policy for an endangered or threatened species under this Act; (politique de rétablissement)
Recovery Policy means the Incentive Compensation Recovery Policy adopted in November 2023 and effective October 2, 2023.
