Record Agreements definition

Record Agreements means the agreements constituting (a) the Effective Date Recorded Documents, (b) any Other Recorded Document executed by Lessee after the Effective Date other than in violation of this Lease, and (c) any Other Recorded Document executed by Lessor other than in violation of this Lease. In no event shall any Lien constitute a “Record Agreement.”

Examples of Record Agreements in a sentence

  • Lessor leases to Lessee and Lessee leases from Lessor the Leased Property, subject to the Record Agreements and the Permitted Liens, for the Term, upon the terms and conditions of this Lease.

  • Lessee shall have exclusive use and possession of the Leased Property subject to the Record Agreements and the Permitted Liens.

  • Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord the Leased Property, subject to the Record Agreements and the Permitted Liens, for the Term, upon the terms and conditions of this Lease.

  • Lessor authorizes Lessee to enforce all Record Agreements and any Other Recorded Documents on Lessor’s or Lessee’s behalf, and Lessor shall reasonably cooperate and furnish any pertinent information needed toward Lessee’s enforcement of same, at no cost or expense to Lessor other than any de minimus cost or expense.

  • During the Term, Lessee shall be obligated to comply in all material respects with the terms and conditions of each of the Record Agreements and the Permitted Liens.

  • Tenant shall have exclusive use and possession of the Leased Property subject to the Record Agreements and the Permitted Liens.

  • The Leased Property may be used for any use permitted by Applicable Legal Requirements and the terms and conditions of the Right of Use Agreements and other Record Agreements.

  • Landlord authorizes Tenant to enforce all Record Agreements (including any document or instrument creating or governing any of the Right of Use Agreements) and any Other Recorded Documents on Landlord’s and/ or Tenant’s behalf, and Landlord shall cooperate and furnish any pertinent information reasonably necessary to facilitate Tenant’s enforcement of same, at no cost or expense to Landlord other than any de minimis cost or expense.

  • The Leased Property is leased to Lessee subject to the Record Agreements, the Permitted Liens and all Applicable Legal Requirements now or hereafter in effect.

  • The Leased Property is leased to Tenant subject to the Record Agreements, the Permitted Liens and all Applicable Legal Requirements now or hereafter in effect.

Related to Record Agreements

  • Record Documents mean the drawing set, Specifications, and other materials maintained by Contractor that documents all addenda, Architect’s Supplemental Instructions, Change Orders and postings and markings that record the as-constructed conditions of the Work and all changes made during construction.

  • Franchise Agreements means (a) the Franchise Agreements set forth on Part IV of Schedule 4.01(p) hereto, and (b) any Franchise Agreement in respect of a Borrowing Base Asset entered into after the Closing Date in compliance with Section 5.01(r).

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • PJM Agreements means the PJM OATT, PJM Operating Agreement, PJM RAA and any other applicable PJM manuals or documents, or any successor, superseding or amended versions thereof that may take effect from time to time.

  • VIE Agreements means the documents as set forth in Appendix B hereto.
