Reconstruction Project definition

Reconstruction Project means the reconstruction of a regulated drain which resulted in a reconstruction order under IC 36-9-27-52 and imposition of a reconstruction assessment under IC 36-9-27-84.
Reconstruction Project means any of the following:
Reconstruction Project means to replace, widen, improve or other construction of Milwaukie streets. Activities include Right-of-way acquisition, widening roadways to City Standard, construction of other elements within the Right-of-way as necessary to complete the project.
