Reconnaissance License definition

Reconnaissance License means a license acquired pursuant to Section 5.1 of this Law
Reconnaissance License means a document issued by MIMR which constitutes approval to conduct a preliminary geological survey to identify the geological environment and surface evidence for the existence of minerals and ores in general;
Reconnaissance License means the Assignor's right to reconnoiter for and prove gold, diamonds and base metals in the Licensed Area.
