Reciprocal Use Agreement definition

Reciprocal Use Agreement means the reciprocal use agreement between the County and the Board, dated August 29, 2012 with respect to the use by each party of the other party’s facilities including the sharing of maintenance obligations and the sharing of the costs of maintenance, excepting the maintenance of any ornamental beds, with or without flowers, shrubs or trees as the same may be extended, renewed, amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Upon execution of this Reciprocal Use Agreement, each party shall submit to the other, copies of its certificate(s) of insurance or self-insurance evidencing the required coverage.
