Receivable Securities definition

Receivable Securities means Equivalent Securities or Equivalent Margin Securities to be delivered to the Defaulting Party; and
Receivable Securities the meaning specified in paragraph 10;
Receivable Securities has the meaning in the Master Trust Deed, but relates only to Receivable Securities held by the Trustee under a Relevant Trust.

  • There is no fraud, dishonesty, material misrepresentation or negligence on the part of the Approved Seller in connection with the selection and offer to the Trustee of any Receivables or related Receivable Securities which is specified in the Sale Notice.
