Receipted definition

Receipted means stamped by the IRS indicating that payment has been received or that the tax was suspended.
Receipted is defined as the detailed meal receipt showing GST (e.g. not just credit card receipt/statement). Gratuity must not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the cost of the meal. Effective September 23, 2016 (Receipted) Breakfast $16.00 Lunch $18.00 Dinner $30.00
