Lessee hereby has an option to renew this lease, provided Lessee is not in default under any of the provisions and conditions of this lease, for an additional -ONE- terms by given written Certified Return Receipt Mail notice of this intention to do so and not less than three (3) months before the end of the current term of the lease.
