Examples of REC Services in a sentence

  • The Company hereby grants, conveys, transfers, assigns, and delivers unto Provider (or its designee), without recourse to the Company, all of the Company’s rights, title and interest in and to all RECs solely so that the Provider may perform the REC Services on behalf of the Company in accordance with Prudent Industry Standards.

  • The Company agrees to cooperate with and assist Provider in obtaining and completing any documentation required to perform the REC Services.

  • Provider hereby covenants that it will transfer any and all proceeds generated by the sale of any RECs to the Company in accordance with the stated REC Services.

  • The NIHB AI/AN National REC disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether expressed, implied or statutory, with respect to REC Services and this Agreement, including without limitation, any warranties of non-infringement, title, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.

  • The AI/AN National REC Services are provided by NIHB, its sub-recipient contractors and partners with the intent of supplementing efforts of tribal health programs towards achieving meaningful use of the EHR.

  • AI/AN National REC, its sub-recipient contractors and partners will not be responsible for any failure to complete or perform any REC Services due to any failure to meet any of the foregoing expectations of the Tribal Health Program and Practice or any circumstance beyond the REC’s reasonable control.

  • The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date that it is signed by the Tribal Health Program (the “Effective Date”) and shall end upon the completion of the REC Services.

  • TRIBAL HEALTH PROGRAM AND PRACTICE PERSONNEL EXPECTATIONS: Tribal Health Program facilities and practices, including all applicable providers, clinicians and support staff (Practice Personnel), will perform the following actions and provide the following resources, to assist the REC, its sub-recipient contractors and partners in performing the REC Services: Identify an EHR Project Lead within their practice to devote their time on pre-implementation activities and implementation activities.

  • The Parties shall, and shall cause EverQ to enter into the REC Services Agreements within [****] following the Signing Date.
