REC Agreement definition

REC Agreement means with respect to any Project, any agreement between a Project Company and a REC Counterparty relating to the purchase, sale, swap, hedge, or similar arrangement relating to the RECs of such Project.
REC Agreement is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.
REC Agreement means the REC Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated as of December 21, 2012, between Sponsor and Borrower, as amended by Omnibus Amendment #2.

More Definitions of REC Agreement

REC Agreement means a Contract pursuant to which the Borrower is entitled to receive payment in exchange for the sale or assignment of renewable energy credits or similar environmental attributes.

REC Agreement means any contract entered into from time to time between the Facility Company and Bloom Energy Corporation, a Delaware corporation, for the purchase of renewable energy credits in connection with the Facility Company’s obligations under the [***] Power Purchase Agreement.
REC Agreement means the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer titled REC PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT dated on or around the Agreement Date providing for the sale of renewable energy certificates by the Seller to the Buyer for the purpose of the Seller enabling the Buyer to comply with the [***] PPA including under Section 5.3(a) of the [***] PPA.
