Rebates and Credits definition

Rebates and Credits shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.1(j).
Rebates and Credits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.12.
Rebates and Credits means refunds, rebates or other discounts due from suppliers, vendors, or other Persons and rights to offset and claims in respect thereof.

Related to Rebates and Credits

  • Rebates means rebates, price reductions and administrative fees and related adjustments charged by or payments to state Medicaid and other federal, state and local governmental programs and their participants, and by health plans, insurance companies, Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, pharmacy benefits managers, mail service pharmacies, long term care providers, specialty pharmacies and other health care providers based upon the utilization and sales of the Product, and service, administrative and inventory management fees due to wholesalers, distributors and group purchasing organizations based on sales of the Product (in each case, other than chargeback claims).

  • Credits means the Federal and State Housing Tax Credit program.

  • Overpayments as used in this Section include payments (i) made by the System Agency that exceed the maximum allowable rates; (ii) that are not allowed under applicable laws, rules, or regulations; or (iii) that are otherwise inconsistent with this Contract, including any unapproved expenditures. Xxxxxxx understands and agrees that it will be liable to the System Agency for any costs disallowed pursuant to financial and compliance audit(s) of funds received under this Contract. Xxxxxxx further understands and agrees that reimbursement of such disallowed costs shall be paid by Grantee from funds which were not provided or otherwise made available to Grantee under this Contract.

  • Royalty Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1.

  • Third Party Payments means the payment made through instruments issued from an account other than that of the beneficiary investor mentioned in the application form. However, in case of payments from a joint bank account, the first named applicant/investor has to be one of the joint holders of the bank account from which payment is made.

  • Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Chargebacks means all credits, chargebacks, reimbursements, administrative fees and other financial obligations to wholesalers and other distributors, group purchasing organizations, insurers, Governmental Entity and other institutions related to the Product.

  • Product Backlog means a list of those Stories that do not form part of the current Sprint Plan at that time and which are to form the subject of a future Sprint, either in the current Release at that time or a subsequent Release;

  • Collections means all cash, checks, notes, instruments, and other items of payment (including insurance proceeds, proceeds of cash sales, rental proceeds, and tax refunds).

  • Payors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.27.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;

  • Billing involves the provision of appropriate usage data by one Telecommunications Carrier to another to facilitate Customer Billing with attendant acknowledgments and status reports. It also involves the exchange of information between Telecommunications Carriers to process claims and adjustments.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Tax Credits means the low-income housing tax credits found in Section 42 of the Code, and all rules, regulations, rulings, notices and other promulgations thereunder.

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.

  • Unallowable Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code Part 7000.

  • Allowable emissions means the emission rate of a stationary source calculated using both the maximum rated capacity of the source, unless the source is subject to federally enforceable limits which restrict the operating rate or hours of operation, and the most stringent of the following:

  • Gross receipts means the total revenue derived from sales, work done, or service rendered.

  • Allowable Costs means the costs defined as allowable in 42 CFR, Chapter IV, Part 413, as amended to October 1, 2007, except for the purposes of calculating direct medical education costs, where only the reported costs of the interns and residents are allowed. Further, costs are allowable only to the extent that they relate to patient care; are reasonable, ordinary, and necessary; and are not in excess of what a prudent and cost-conscious buyer would pay for the given service or item.

  • Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:

  • Wholesaler means any person, other than a vintner, brewer or bottler of beer or wine, who shall sell, barter, exchange, offer for sale, have in possession with intent to sell, deal or traffic in alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer. A wholesaler shall not sell for consumption upon the premises.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA. “月服务费”是指针对没有达到系统可用性 SLA 的受影响的云服务支付的月服务费(或年服务费的 1/12)。

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.
